unhappy with the goods that you have purchased. We will be delighted to
offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The product you return
must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no
marks on the items or the tags. Please complete the returns invoice and
clearly state whether you require a refund or an exchange. Please pack in
suitable packaging and return the parcel to our address. We will refund the
purchase once we have received the goods, this may take a few days to
process. Please note that you will not receive a refund for our gift wrapped
service or post and packaging in less the goods have been deemed to be
